I have been in the fitness industry for over 27 years now. Along the way I have qualified in every discipline available from step to
slide to dance, box and so on for a variety of clients such as the elderly,
obese, athletes and also pre and post-natal clients.
I have decided to blog my experiences to hopefully
assist other fitness professionals with articles of interest, topics of discussions,
an exercise library as well as motivate fellow fitness enthusiasts.
I also run workshops for group exercise instructors
and personal trainers with beginner to advance material to hopefully add ideas
to their existing repertoire.
I do hope to also receive some feedback on trending fitness
topics and questions.
So here is to the beginning of a very healthy
relationship :)
