How important is it to choose the correct shoes when exercising? Wearing the correct shoes can make a difference during as well as after your workout.

Your exercise routing can be filled with pain or can be as easy as pie. By choosing the incorrect training shoes it can have a long term effect on your knees, hips, joints or general body posture, causing a chain of instability and improper alignment all the way through your body and leading to muscle imbalances and pain on places that appear to have nothing to do with your feet.
 Your body is a moving chain from head to toe. It is linked by joints, bones and muscles. Your feet, being the foundation of this chain, can have an immense impact on your whole body.
